Who is responsible for your information

Information we collect and why
When you order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order items, requested delivery date and time, and delivery instructions. We use these to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver catering, process payments, communicate about your order, and maintain business records.
You may also provide dietary requirements or preparation requests. Please provide only the information needed to prepare your order; avoid unnecessary medical details or the names of other guests. Required checkout details are needed to accept and deliver an order. If you prefer not to enter them online, contact us to discuss your enquiry.
Payments and service providers
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Card payments are processed by Stripe through Aroma Albany Limited; your bank statement may show AROMA CAFE. Card details are handled through Stripe rather than recorded in our catering order notes.
Delivery address lookup uses Google Maps Platform to locate the address and calculate delivery eligibility and charges. Relevant order information is available to staff and delivery personnel who need it to fulfil your order. Hosting, payment and address-lookup providers may process information outside New Zealand.
Cookies and website operation
The website uses cookies and related technology needed for shopping baskets, checkout, account sign-in and security. Disabling these in your browser may prevent parts of the ordering process from working.
Keeping your information
We keep information for the purposes described above, including handling order enquiries and meeting applicable accounting and legal obligations. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular record or wish to request its deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or business requirements.
Access, corrections and concerns
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by contacting hello@feasthaus.co.nz. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing information. Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern so we can respond.

Optional Google Ads measurement
Updated 29 September 2026. If you choose Allow measurement, we load the Google Ads tag to measure advertising visits. Google may receive browser and device information, IP address, a page address without its query string, and advertising cookie identifiers, and may process this information outside New Zealand. We do not send your name, email, phone number, delivery address, enquiry text or dietary requirements through this measurement feature. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising signals are not enabled by this feature. Purchase and quote conversion events are not currently configured.
The Google measurement script is blocked until you opt in. Choose Reject optional to continue without it. Use Cookie settings at any time to withdraw permission; withdrawal reloads the page to stop the loaded measurement script. It does not erase information Google already received. Your preference is stored on this device for 180 days. Ordering and enquiries remain available if you decline. Browser cookie controls also let you remove stored cookies.
Separately, WooCommerce order attribution is enabled and may use first-party session cookies to associate a referring channel or campaign with an order for private store reporting. This is separate from the optional Google tag. Please contact us about this information or use browser controls to manage these cookies.
