We prepare orders at our dispatch kitchen at 210 Dairy Flat Highway, Albany. Preordered pickup is available here seven days a week, 6 am–5 pm, with no order-value minimum and at least 24 hours’ notice. Delivery charges and availability depend on your address and are shown at checkout. Our online delivery area is calculated from Albany and reaches up to 40 km by straight-line distance; contact us for destinations beyond it.
This does not mean every Auckland address is covered. Enter your delivery address at checkout, or include it in your quote request so we can discuss your plans.
A few useful answers
How far ahead should I order?
Normal orders require at least 24 hours’ notice. Order earlier where possible. Urgent catering is request-and-confirm only; contact us before relying on availability.
Can I order for different dietary needs?
Use the dietary finder in the menu. “As served” labels describe the standard recipe; optional changes must be selected before adding to your basket. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen and cross-contact may occur. Tell us about allergies before ordering.
Is sending a quote request a booking?
No. A quote request is not a confirmed order. We will discuss availability, food choices and pricing with you.
